The Youth Advisory Board was formed to represent the voice of youth in southeastern San Diego, to create programs and activities for youth in southeastern San Diego, to learn about neighborhood based community resources and to perform community service in your in their own neighborhood.

Tubman-Chavez Multicultural Center Public Access Center provides free access to a computer lab with internet connection.
